Eco Safe Toilet System

The Eco Safe Toilet System is approved for use on the Smith River. If you are one of the lucky ones and find yourself in need of an approved toilet option then we have the Smith River rental gear for you! This includes the 20mm rocket box and a sling to securely attach to any raft frame. We have additional storage tanks available for rent for larger groups.

• The system includes one tank, seat assembly, 3" cleanout hose and washout hose adapter. 
• The rotomolded plastic tank is crushproof. It has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The tank inner dimensions are 16.5" x 7" x 11" Tall. It holds 5.5 gallons, good for approx. 50 uses and fits inside a 20mm "rocket" box. 
• The comfortable toilet seat, with lid, locks onto the tank. The flange under the seat funnels waste into the tank. At 17" above ground level, the seat is as high or higher than your home toilet. 
• The system meets all requirements of the BLM, NPS and USFS for a washable, reusable toilet. It empties easily at an RV dump or in a Scat Machine. 
• Many boating areas now require you to carry out human waste. Even for those that don't, the removal of waste products protects the environment.

This system is approved for use with the SCAT (Sanitizing Containers with Alternative Technology) Machine.  Providing for a user-friendly means of disposal that has been installed at the Eden Bridge take-out. Agency approved portable, hard-sided toilets are designed to be washed and sanitized in the SCAT Machine after use.

All Toilet Systems are expected to be cleaned at the SCAT station and are subject to a $150 cleaning fee if returned without washing and sanitizing.
